    Gotcha. at work they are talking about retrofitting tpms on vehicles that do not have it. God forbid the driver has to check the tires before he heads out.

    Not only that It was the insurance companies that mandated the back up cameras. While hardly anybody gets hurt in reverse; are usually 5 mile an hour bumps they cost insurance companies a lot of money. So now your vehicle not only needs a back up camera but a whole bunch of extra technology in the front so you can not be able to use a mirror!

    We are being nudged into getting hybrid cars. Nothing speaks louder to us than $$$$. Once that is dominate, we will be charged a millage tax to pay for road, bridges, etc.
