Slushy muddy mess outside today. Supposed to hit 50 the next couple days...then it will just be a muddy mess.

Work continues on the bedroom...got all the drywall hung except for 4 sheets on the exterior walls.

Heaters are removed, just need to rough in wiring and insulate then I can hang the rest of the drywall. Should be able to get that done this evening.

Be a sin to drive that in winter now. Thing is Clean.

And as for this....drop the snips, put your hands on your head, and slowly back away from the house...

Lukem, I’m doing close to the same. I opened up the master bedroom to make the bathroom near double in size for a walkin shower and bigger vanity and sink. Rough construction done, drywall hung and on the last coat of mudding today and sand it tomorrow. Then paint and tile walls and floor.

I saved this for a winter project. It’s kinda nice to be working on a heated area with snow on the ground outside the window!

Super clean. I decided to pass, I'd rather not plow with that weak crappy IFS 1/2 ton axle and I dont feel like another project to solid axle swap another 1/2 ton.

Oh man, that truck brings back memories of my younger years. I used to run around in a red 5.0 and a green 7.3 with some friends in the late 90's. I'd like to buy that and coyote swap it.

You are quite a bit further along than I am. I'm hoping to be slinging mud by the Thursday night.

Nice, but thats a lotta miles! Plowing is going to be this trucks secondary job, it will likely end up being my backup. I need it primarily for employees to make deliveries, and pull a trailer. I wouldnt mind a 7.3, but I have sworn off diesels otherwise. I'm hoping to find a regular cab for plowing, and for better maneuverability making deliveries.
