    Going to hunker down tonight and have a date night with the wife. Big ribeye waiting to reverse sear. Having a cheat on my 90 day challenge and have a drink or two. First one in 43 days....haven't gone that long since college.

    One of my son in-laws is a master electrician. He really gets riled up when he comes across messes like that. I had him rewire our place when we had the big makeover. At least I don't worry of an electrical fire. We were not bad off. This place was built in 75. All up to code then. Had a plumber and electrician in for the big makeover.

    My daughters, both nurses, got their second shots. One was "ill" the next day. One had no side effects. I received the Pfizer shot. first one.

    Nice! That place isn't close enough to me, but I used to work at the dealership across the freeway a long time ago. Back in 1999 pretty sure. My wood lot is halfway between Midwestern Shooters shop and my home, but that's a bit of of my way for most things now. The last time I was there I bought my browning gold 12 gauge. They had a smoking deal at the time.

    We had light rain and drizzle today. Temps dropped to 27 and we had ice glaze forming. Major roads were good and sanders are out now. I'll take snow any day over ice.
