Good morning everyone , we dodged a bullet with the predicted snow forecast yesterday , only about an inch or so. A little rain after the snow and cold this morning. Thermometer says 12 degrees.

Good morning everyone! 12° here too. Sun and snow removal on the menu today. We got a couple inches, not enough to snowblow. And, I never cleaned off the deck after the last snowfall. Gotta get ready for our next snow on Sunday! This is our life now.
I bought some little lithium stocks, so that is good for some entertainment.
Just doing what I can to get through February!

Yes a little crunchy this morning , I did manage to get most of it cleared off the driveway area so hopefully the sun will hit it today and get rid of the rest.
Supposed to be sunny today , not terribly warm but at least the sun will be out.

Good morning y'all, hope y'all have a WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY. Bad fog this morning, maybe 1/4 mile visibility, should be gone by late morning. Got 1 load cut and delivered yesterday and started on the 2nd load. Need to get it and 1 more done today, be caught up on the orders for the week.

Morning All. Below freezing temps this morning. Got a dusting of snow just at dark last night. Should be cold all day today. We made a quick trip down island yesterday and now we have chimney parts for the boiler. Waiting for an inspection of it before starting the plumbing project. Waiting is hard.

We got 3in yesterday. Light, fluffy snow.

The locale where we are staying, is Albany NH.


Not all, that bad, actually. The cabin is now well insulated and has a wood stove with all the wood you can burn hardwood and never anything bubbling out the ends. The stove is a Jotul, front loader with a glass window.

First night at the cabin will be Saturday

Myself and one of "the guys" will travel to Tuftenboro. We'll stay Friday night at at 3rd friend's. We'll head out Saturday catching up with the 4th member of the troupe.

We'll have a hearty breakfast along the way. Then off to the Whites!
