About 8" snow from yesterday. Luckily dry and powdery. Sheet of plywood and tarp covering mine. IMG_4060.JPG
I may end making two more trips to the same guy.

Awesome great work, we got about 14” last week then another 5-6” yesterday and their saying more this week. Its definitely slowed my hoarding down and the wood yard is a mess. I might take the sled and a saw out their was a tree down on the Rr bed when kamo and i were snowmobiling. That locust looks great!!

Two half cord loads to third full cord customer went today. Still half cord left to deliver to cord two customer in a few weeks. IMG_4062.JPG IMG_4061.JPG Customer was very pleased and may become a regular for BL.

Got a call from "cord three" customer today. He is referring me to friends. Best firewood he's ever bought! Retirement aged guy who's been burning for a long time. Very little mess when he cleaned the tarp i unloaded on. I love to hear that. Gonna be a regular for dead BL. Now the stress of finding the stuff. Have 1.5 cord on hand now. Gotta get rockin and rollin. Ill mix in green heartwood splits with no bark as well.

Awesome work my friend!!! $350 seems more than fair for exclusively BL that is truly seasoned and barkless.

Brads like Paul Revere except he's telling everyone about how good Black Locust is. He's single handedly making Black Locust a mainstay firewood here in the Northeast.

Delivered the final half cord Tuesday. Customer asked to delay it which i obliged. Asked if they wanted more next Winter and they said yes. So 2 out 3 cords are reserved. Didnt ask customer one and havent heard either. Debating on hoarding more as i have access to it, but as usual, harder to get. IMG_4327.JPG IMG_4325.JPG One log from January cutting had to be noodled. MC was 18%. Thought the weathering was cool looking. IMG_4324.JPG

Repeat BL customer got a half cord today. Other half goes tomorrow only its 18+ month SS hickory instead. Fine by me as i have it put aside and same price. He had asked about hickory last year. IMG_5894.JPG IMG_5889.JPG Backed right in and dropped on a tarp. IMG_5895.JPG He loves the barkless as very little wood crumbs.

Got a call tonight from customer #1 from last year. He wants a cord, so im 3 for 3 from last year. Delivery this weekend. Have a couple extra cords of barkless plus a few of bark on to sell as well.
I delivered a cord of red oak to new customer last week. Gave him some BL samples and his ears perked up when i knocked them together. He wants another cord eventually and im hoping he goes the BL route.

None out your way or no access to any CNE deer? Somewhat scarce here. Seems to grow in little groves
