I feel good this morning! Yeah!

I was just telling my wife. It must of been allergies from working in the barn yesterday and maybe the weather as well. I moved hay yesterday and did a little other work on the four wheeler out there. The 5 barn cats are all over the hay sleeping, playing, etc. I think I’ll wear an N95 mask when I move hay from now on. Caffeine going in. Almost time to go out and clean up snow. Wind blowing. Going to be cold out there. Time to bundle up.

Glad you’re feeling better this morning, Gas. I know how allergies can make you feel like you are really sick. I struggle with them all the time. Wear that mask and see how much better you feel after spending a day around hay and cats.

 

For the most part, I'm eating whatever I want (except no sugar)...just limited to when I can eat it. I don't need to loose any weight...just need to move some weight around.

 

Those damm noisy crows are already here!

We get those dang Grackles. The most annoying bird in existence. They’ll gather up in a bare tree by the hundreds and make a racket. They remind me of the movie The Birds cause they look like they’re ready to tear you up.

 

Would you believe it’s still flurrying from yesterday’s storm? We got another two inches overnight. I’m already hating it.

My allergy problems usually are not bad at all. But cats I cannot be around. Spring and fall I would have some problems, but not too bad usually. So now I take a Zyrtec knock off called ceterizine every day anyway. I have learned, years ago, that it prevents me from getting sinus infections from allergy flare ups. I use to get 2-3 a year. Not anymore.

 

That’s what I take too. I get sinus issues in the fall mostly. Even had surgery, which did help. I use a machine called SinuPulse that flushes them out and helps a lot.

 

Crazy weather man said two more storms are in the making, plus a huge artic air mass that he promises will let us know that it is indeed winter. I haven't left the house for days on end, so it shouldn't make a heck of a lot of difference. I do have a therapy appointment tomorrow so that will be an outing if I go.

I was boiling sap last year at this time. Looks like a few weeks out at this point.
