I’ve had it for a few years... I see rust building around the frame. How do I remove it? Do I use a metal brush to scrape it, but then how do I apply a coat on it ? I’m not to handy, please break down any information. Thank you [IMG]

heavy wire brush. Get as much off as you can, then spray paint with Rustoleum High heat paint

Curious.. what would happen if I didn’t do anything... would it just rust away completely?

Light surface rust inside a firebox will usually go away after use, but anything heavier should be dealt with.

Gotcha.... yea I noticed some rust in the fire box. I’ll wire brush that to if it gets out of hand.

Is it safe to spray the inside of the firebox with rustoleum as well?
