Welcome Ryan Spencer , if you don't have a camera, buy one and take lots of pictures for posting on the site. Backwoods Savage has a ton of knowledge on heating with firewood and a proper firewood inventory. Get his phone number and give him a call, he survived an attack from a sidehill gouger when he visited us, he's a tough old nut but very nice.

Welcome to FHC Ryan Spencer !

    You'll love it here.

    Is the champion old yeller?

If you have a smart phone, that will easily suffice for pics. Some people here use a flip non what phone and it apparently works, although it's more work;)

the difficulty to get on here is for good reason. If a person can’t figure that out, they have no reason to be operating chainsaws, splitters, and all things which contribute to manly qualities.

    welcome aboard.

Yes we do. But if covid is floating around, doesn't matter if I want to go, I have won't take a chance. Having COPD and a minor heart attack puts me in a real high risk category.
How is your neck doing Dennis?

Have you looked into the vaccine? My grandparents just got there 1st dose today. So far so good. They said the 2nd dose is the 1 that slows you down for a bit.

Good neighbours are worth gold. I had some really good neighbours once; the man had cancer, beat it, it returned; they ended up moving to the seaside. He didn't live long afterwards. We helped each other out; now I am pretty much on my own.

I tried to teach my new neighbour about wood burning; showed him my moisture meter and how the wood needed to be dry to burn properly. I don't think he really listened to me.
