There are some people out there that don't know what to think about an issue until certain NFL players or Lady Gaga tells them what to believe. Those that idolize celebrities fall victim to the trap. It's all a game of ideologues and the useful idiots they pander to.

I think it's one thing to agree with a celebrity on an issue, but in these times someone's fame is used as a source of credibility for what they're saying, which is bogus.

I see we're in for a couple inches of snow tomorrow in my area. Good to see winter hasn't given up the ghost yet. The tail end of the week it's back to the single digits for overnight lows which for some twisted reason I'm looking forward to. I've been battling this really large rat that's been trying to get in my chicken coop. He's dug all sorts of tunnels underneath the run and even chewed through the some of the wire mesh on the floor. A couple times I snuck out there in the dark when he's been active, hoping to plink him with my pellet gun but he's too quick. He hears me coming and scurries down the network of tunnels going underground, under the stone wall and out to my neighbor's lot. When it's really cold he seems to be hunkered down elsewhere. I've been stuffing large rocks down all the holes I find but he just digs around them. I need to set a couple traps to settle the issue for good. I hate rats, more so the ones that are looking to steal my eggs and chicken feed.

There weren’t any sharp edges to deal with, I believe that was on older stuff. Like car dashboard work on old stuff you would look like you got in a fight with a feral cat. New stuff not so much.

He was accepted at assisted living now just waiting on room. He is doing a lot better this week after dropping insulin in half and dropping 3 other pills.

Sounds like blocking off the house from the run after the birds roost and set some traps for the overnight

You could try peanut butter as a bait. Spread it thin (so that the rat can't carry it away and has to stay awhile to eat it) somewhere in the open where you can get a clear shot at the rat. Maybe bait for two or three nights before trying a shot so that the rat feels safe.

    Indeed!

I guess it comes down to what information/facts you choose to believe to form your opinion and allow you to retain your favoritism/allegiance to a particular team.
