Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a MARVELOUS MONDAY. Working on my day off, covering a shift, OT......for the tax man.......last day of 7AM-7PM, then nights again. Somebody gots to do it...

Good morning everyone! It'll be a little warmer than yesterday, with less of a wind, and sunny, so I'll go back to splitting. I had my fun cutting up a scrounge this weekend, but I'm keeping my head down now for awhile, to concentrate on what I have on hand.
My husband will blow out the saws with the air compressor, but I like to spread newspapers on the kitchen floor, take the saw cover off, and clean out all the crevices with pointy bamboo skewers and kitchen wipes. I can get them really clean. Ive gotten kind of addicted to these memes.

Morning All. Here is a picture of our snow fall yesterday morning. It was gone by 11:00 AM


Just above freezing this morning and we are expecting sunshine for a couple of days. Too dark out there to see what is happening. Got some sewing done and watching football. campinspecter started to take our old boiler apart. We had some people interested in purchasing it but when it came apart, we realized that the base was falling apart. Not much good for anyone. campinspecter's decision to invest in a new one came just in time.

Good morning, all.

Mid-20's here and dry. Snow arriving later this evening. Off/on snow all night and tomorrow. 2-4 inches forecasted.

I used the borrowed air compressor yesterday. On all three of my saws. No surprises.

While i had my saws out I took down a dead standing oak -
I'm dreaming of a white...

I hope to get it all, bucked and the rounds moved, this morning.

Then, a quick grocery run.
