I sleep with 2 women every night My beautiful wife and her 85# shepherd. Lady who was a rescue BUT 2 hours after she came to our home, ran out of her crate jumped on bed and puts her head on Wife knee. Sideways of course 7 years later same every night.
Yesterday I took the day off to pick up a quick attach pallet fork unit for the tractor. Already moved a couple nuisance logs in the pasture. Today my brother was at the scrap yard and found a couple like new drain culverts. Paid scrap price of about 40 dollars. I have a culvert to replace just beyond one of my gates. Big win.
How does something like that end up on the scrap pile? Hard to understand our throw away society. Anyway, good for you.
I just went outside to put the windshield cover on the truck and ........ Man oh man! Does it ever smell like diesel exhaust out there! Kind of like when you first start it up in the cold weather.... like unspent diesel exhaust? Disgusting. I wonder if someone's fuel oil furnace in the neighborhood is taking a crap tonight?

Floyd is not allowed on our bed. He is however allowed on our youngest daughters bed when she is in the mood. I'm lucky to get 4 straight hours of sleep. I couldn't imagine 130 pounds of 1 dog in our bed. I want beagles next if I can handle losing Floyd. I swore I wouldn't get another dog after I had to put my malamute to rest. Fyi we have a California king.
