Good morning everyone! I have a routine Dr. appt. this morning to get my prescriptions reupped. Then, I'm looking forward to a warmish day splitting. I think I will tackle the ash. It can go in the shed, once I burn up the sugar maple.
We got our stimulus check yesterday! hc9dvMJ.jpg Have a good one!

Well.. I fought the itch, and the itch won

Nice dry day. Temps not frigid. Rain forecasted for weekend.

I went and split the last of my inventory. ~sniffle~
    IMG_20210112_091032771.jpg IMG_20210112_091041704.jpg

I have a rack that's has 1/2-1/3 left on it. I can now refill, as I see fit.

Not having inventory, causes me anxiety. But not too bad this time, as I have a few standing dead/dying trees around the yard. Ash, hickory, maple, and an oak. Between 8 and 12inches DBH. All in good time.

Morning all. Chore today is to clean out all the paper in the office. I hate it when you lose something and you keep going through the same stacks and spots looking for it. No sewing until I find it. Our wind storm was too bad last night and we had sunshine for most of the day yesterday. I don't know what is predicted for today.

    Everyone have a great day.

So all your oak quarters are split? Wow, that's a milestone!
I know the feeling about low inventory.

Good morning everybody. Glad to hear they are giving you 3 days off. Sounds like you need to find some down time on your days off. The meds should be kicking in pretty good by now.
    Have a great day all.
    Stay safe and stay healthy.

    Good morning, all.

33, clear and dry. Mostly bare ground. Low 40's by sunset.

A fine morning to go for a walk once the sun is up.

    Stay safe
    Stay healthy.

Nice job, brother. Pretty days outside are hard to fight off, y'all will probably be getting the rain we had Sunday night/Monday, it was still dreary yesterday.
It's nice that you have inventory standing in your yard. Sure beats having to go :binoculars:...

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a WONDERFUL WEDNESDAY.
Woodwidow hope you found your lost item...
Chazsbetterhalf yes ma'am a few days off finally, the operator is off quarantine, we are still going to make OT until the guy that fell comes back.
And the meds have really helped the sinuses.
Didn't sleep very well last night. We fixed a breakfast supper, I ate too much BACON...grease got me about 3AM:hair::doh:, and then my lower back...:pain:...and nites for 2 weeks/ have bed to myself...:headbang:...
But PRAISE GOD, its a new day, I will REJOICE and be GLAD.
We have to finish a 2nd load of oak today, take our 2 1/2 yr old grandson to a dentist app, and probably start on a load of cooking wood.
Thankful and blessed to be able to do these things.
I remember the saying, "I had no shoes and complained, until I met a man with no FEET..."

Good morning everyone! Last night I was reading Brad's mtronic thread before bed, and I dreamed I was shopping for an MS 171 with a pushbutton start. The dealer wanted $945, so good thing it was a dream!
Red Green's possum van is genius, Brandon. I used to have an F150 van, but that was before I started hoarding wood. It was at the end of it's life anyway, a real piece of crap.
Back to splitting ash today. I'm making good progress. It did some drying over the summer in round form, so it's not as easy as green, but still not bad.
Hope you get a dry day or two, Jeff!
