A good day to pick up the yard after a campfire yesterday.

Hope we can get some rounds cut up today before the rain comes. My coworker that had 'rona is supposed to come back Tuesday night...I might get 3 days off...
Hope we can we have 3 truck loads and a trailer load ordered...

Good morning everyone! Hope you get those days off, Jeff, and that they are nice ones!
Next week I'll show my grandson how to use wedges, that will keep him on task longer. I have a short mini sledge he could handle.
Our stretch of mild dry weather continues. I will take full advantage! It would be awesome to get all my backlog split before spring. I have about 2 cord of rounds left to go. Have a good Monday!

 

Have him try to split half-rounds. Should go easier and keep him involved.

Morning all. Another morning of the river of rain pouring down on us. We were suppose to get wind last night but I don't think it was very bad. Watched football all day and knitted so I didn't get into the sewing room. Going to try today.

Oh heavens no. Just driving through it is enough for me. I'm the Bill's fan, Chaz is the Steeler fan.
I am also a Iowa Hawkeye fan. Their colors are black and gold. Steelers granted them permission many years ago to wear the colors so the Steelers are my 2nd team.

Still have some misty rain this morning, so I'm taking my hunny out fro breakfast, then going by the saw shop, get a different bar/chain setup for the MS180, since I did the muffler mod, it will run a full chisel .050 gauge chain. Should cut faster...
