The first thing I did with my NC-13 and NC-30 was to remove the pedestal and put the legs on. Just looks so much better IMO.

"Cankles" :hair: Just thought of Hillary once again...

Yeah, but its listed as a promo price when I checked it. It will be interesting to see if it goes up or if efireplace is full of beans.

I like my stove like I like my women......Boy, I could really get into trouble by finishing this statement.

I do like my pedestal. It keeps my animals from going underneath the stove. The Ash tray is nice too.

Pedestal on the stove here, nothing whatsoever to do with the women.

Popcorn Sutton said he liked women with legs “this big around”. LOL!! Much bigger than the jars he stored his liquor in.

If I were to make one I would simply bend a piece of sheet metal 4x8 to make an equal 90*. Make mounting holes to mount to the factory holes, and another drilled to accept the snap disk on one side. On the other side I would cut a hole to accept an outlet. Zip tie the wiring together behind the stove. Like you said In my application it wouldn’t be noticed unless you go looking.

C61A1DC2-A311-4695-BDB2-09C5CE62DA7A.jpeg A bunch of my firewood is red oak that hasn’t been split for more than a year. I was curious what I would get for a MC reading. I’m happy to know my wood is within the desired parameters.

That was on a freshly (re)split face? That is awfully low for 1 year CSS red oak...

Precisely the reason for my response above, but more power to him if he so lucky to have oak that dry that quick.

I think the probes of the MM are supposed to be in the same linear grain "strand" in addition to being measured in a freshly split face.

Well, its still good at any rate!
