    That looks great!!! I've never seen temps above 550 on my Ideal Steels stove top, and I thought that was a ripping hot burn.... Couldn't image 900 degrees at all.

    Your stove looks great. Man I love looking at others stoves.... Is that weird, sounded weird typing it.....:binoculars::picard:

    Well that took a strange turn... anyhoo...

    It’s different to me that the sides of the stove put of so little heat. The side measures half the temp of the top. I’m thinking I might take the side panels off for a bit.

    Yes it does. I don’t have a blower at the moment. There is very little heat coming off the sides of the stove. I just thought I’d experiment. 6 screws and they pop off. I’d put them back on when I get my blower.

    Actually no. I have only had it on a few times. I keep either forgetting to, or don't want to cool the stove top too much on the back end of the cycle.
    This is totally due to my lack of experience though. This is the first blower I have had, so I'm not use to one. Somehow that stove projects heat really well though, so I forget about it.
