    I think I have a great idea who my SS is. Haven't gotten it yet, but the USPS shows it coming from North Haven, Conn and shipped on the 14th. Thanks so much for whatever you sent, I will be happy. We will just have a late CHRISTMAS in Dixie.

    Spent the day down at the parents house today... just opened my SS gift.... Thank you... who would have thought I’d need some grilling tools..:D... will go with the smoker... plus a Swiss Army knife..... then the box was taken over by the feline....:rofl: :lol::rofl: :lol:.. he says Thanks too....:yes:

    I shipped a chain saw bar to NJ that i sold on ebay and it was shipped on the 11th from Connecticut. Guy is raising royal hell that its not there yet. Tracking last showed it in Kansas City, MO on the 19th. Im like WTF?!!!

    It is definitely hickory but i don't know which type. Its not shag bark. Its a tree that uprooted a couple years ago on the neighbor's ground where i cut.

    Couple years ago one of my coworkers saw that at a hotel in Huntingdon. The pilot let his granddaughter sit in it.

    Thats one badazz saw!

    Would pignut have a very smooth (dark slate gray) bark with "x's" when young?

    The tree that the bowl blanks were made from was about 20" and the outer most layer of the bark was bright silver

    Last time i wore a suit was to my fathers funeral...that was 2010.
