Wait a minute! I thought only the box was supposed to dump! All good looking firewood and some nice rigs also. Welcome to the club trapper brad. Looks as though you have the "we like pictures" part handled!

Seeing that late 70's F-150 4x4 makes me miss my old truck... '77 '78? Back in the days when a truck was a truck..!!
It's a'78, 351m 4 speed plain jane custom F-150. Does way more than it's supposed to. As you can see I have a good ton truck to haul with but I use ole whitey when I have to get wood out of the nasty places. Have a set of 36 inch swampers on it in the winter usally but right now it's in my shop with the engine tore down and ready to be built.
I love that old ford! Had a 78 bronco w 400 on 36” swampers. Great rig, lots of wood hording to be had!
Another load of beautiful bark free hickory for a smoker left the yard this morning. He will use it later on since it's green. Man, that wood is HEAVY. 1/3 cord weighed 2100 Lbs.
I wrangled some old hedge posts that I stumbled across in a brush pile on one of the farms my brother rents. Wasn’t to bad loading them except the biggest one was on the bottom of the pile, had to give an extra grunt or two to get it thrown on. It will make some nice heat.
No sir, standard springs...it's built FORD TOUGH...... Just kidding. It has air bags, had to put them on when we started using dump trailer. Had about 50 Lbs in them
I didn’t see or feel any nails, wire staples or lag bolts but it doesn’t mean there aren’t any there. A lot of these looked unused, but some folks will pull all the staples & roll up the wire so it doesn’t get caught up in the tracks of the dozer. I always give them another look over as I am cutting. It’s worth the risk to me to get a nice pile of 35-40 year seasoned Hedge this size. No splitting, cut & stack or cut & burn. Massive BTU’s, great coaling for reloads & very little ash.
