I was going to be shocked, but technically, I own three right now so I am not that far away from that.
I have a cook stove out in the garage that I failed to mention.

This is a terrible video, but it features that stove.

Dood, a wood cook stove that I can make work in my kitchen is on the list of things to find. Grammy used to cook thanksgiving dinner on a wood cook stove.

That came from an interesting guy too.
The guy was selling stuff off so he could move and I picked that up for $600. She's a beast to move. It can also use gas.

Yeah, you don't see too many forums with people getting excited about that on the internet. Although, if you've gone without hot water, it can be exciting to have it back. I did that this summer (thankfully it was Summer). The first hot shower after getting the heater fixed was the best one yet.

E6DE27BF-13EB-4007-A767-CF46B423B5F2.jpeg A little box showed up from Canada today. I picked up some pipe and I had a damper on the shelf. Ready to rock and roll when she shows up. There seems to be issues with the freight company’s tracking page. Last time it work the stove was on a trailer waiting to head to Manchester nh. I’m considering just picking it up there. If they will do that.

I imagine tracking this time of year is a big glitchy.
Quick question only because I have never dealt with it yet. How do you install the damper?

Poke a hole in the pipe. Measure half way around the pipe and poke another hole. Put the plate in the pipe. Side the rod through pipe then the plate then out the other side.
