    Today was a rest day, I'm doing fine I'm up to 7 miles on the bike and well past where I was in rehab. I have a ways to go but will likely get there.

    TRUTH!!
    I had a Doctor tell me, won’t live to 23, BAD thing tell a 15 yo. Not much downside to bad decisions, 24 surgeries before 23 yo putting body Back together and 2 helicopter rides.. In surgery, around 20 my heart stopped ... I heard my mom say if you die on me I will wring your neck ya little SOB..
    Still :Dcause i heard her swear:eek:

    Got my "real age candles" a few weeks back now...my last "big birthday" was NBD...but this one stung a bit...I dunno, maybe its because people have always thought I looked younger than I am...but now I think my SnP beard gives it away...that and starting to "feel it" some days...

    39/40 stung worse for me than 50. I was diagnosed and prognosis was iffy for 5 years. I too am still here like Canadian border VT :)
