They are predicting 1-2 feet here. Doozie of a first storm for the season, lol. We prefer the 1-2 inch storms! Also a cold snap for the next week or so. Oh well, guess we’ll load up the hopper with the good pellets.

They have grass in NC? I always though it was like growing grain and hay here in MT,don't grow unless it is irrigated. But,have not been to NC since the late 70's,early 80's.

Looks like the storm is tracking closer as the forecast I just saw now is saying 6-12" for southern NH. At least it's supposed to be light, fluffy stuff.

Gave the P43 a good cleaning today, ready for the colder nights over the next few days. Still amazes me that after 5 weeks the ash pan is only 3/4 full and that's after I pushed the ash off the sides down into the pan. Vermonts may cost more but they sure don't leave much ash..

Went from 2-4" (or nothing at all if the storm track stayed further south), to 6-12" in a hurry. Still not driving to work, so doesn't matter to me. What does matter to me is this shouuld, so the weather guessers say, be a light snow so the blowers should be able to actually throw it out the chute insted of it just going glub, glub, glub as it did from the last storm.

Woulda been nice if the berms from the street plow had melted in the last 10 days though - oh sure, there has been some reduction in them, but not enough that I will be able to cut it back like I usually do.
