I opened my gift early. Thank you very much! It's a wind chime made of circular saw blades! Sounds great.......a little dangerous....but I've got it in a spot that is close to the neighbor's fence so hopefully it's alright.

I'm sorry FHC family! I normally join in on this fun. I have not been on any of my regular chainsaw/firewood forums since mid October. There are 2 main reasons. As a nurse working at a school there has be a huge transition for everything to go as paperless as possible. That has lead to a complete revamp in how we use our electronic documentation system, policies and many other things like a major increase in virtual meetings, emails and huge increase in screen time. I'm currently reviewing and entering about 6500 individual immunizations - absolutely no fun. As a result a can't stand being on my phone or personal computer. I'm slowly getting better at pacing myself rather than having to get everything done yesterday which is helping. The other reason which is good. I picked up a new used car and want to eventually track it. When I have the energy to be online other than work I have been in the Mustang track forum off and on doing research and due diligence in preparation.

Happy holidays everyone! I will to get my stuff together for next year.

I came home this evening, check my emails and dang it, my secret Santa gift was cancelled. It should have been on its way to the recipient but now I have nothing. I spent a lot of time looking for something I thought would be useful. I guess I will have to look some more and see what I can come up with. It is probably going to be late now.

Hmmm...I have a theory on LordOfTheFlies Secret Santa, I can say with out a doubt that Kimberly is not your secret santa!

 

I stopped at the post office to hitch my SS gift to the sleigh only to find out Santa closed up shop at 3:45. Guess I'll catch him tomorrow

 

I got something in the post today. It doesn't have secret santa on it though. It will go under the tree. I need to post some photos. Will be working away from home again tomorrow so maybe in the evening. Plus, I have to make haste on my gift.
