For all you CSNY fans been catching some of this on the sirius radio lately ,looks like a great one to add to your collection, I was at one of these concerts at Rich Stadium in Buffalo
Going to take my son to see these guys tonight! My wife was a bit taken aback because the only song that she knew was "White Punks On Dope".
On a lighter note-The Toxic Twins were back in Boston last night and that was the show that I did not want to miss this summer. I wasnt about to pay the ripoff prices that included meet and greets and swag that I could care less about for an extra 400-500 bucks, so I took a chance and got 10th row 3 days ago at face value when some of those tickets did not sell.. YEE FREAKING HA !!! They did not disappoint and at 66 years old, Steven Tyler still sounds great and has all the energy The Setlist was freaking awesome and they dug deep into their past!! And yes, Johnny Depp CAN play guitar pretty well-that was a real surprise to close the night. Check it out around the 2 and 3:30 marks Back in the Saddle Eat the Rich Love in an Elevator Cryin' Livin' on the Edge Monkey on My Back Kings and Queens Toys in the Attic Rag Doll Freedom Fighter Stop Messin' Around (Fleetwood Mac cover) Mama Kin (with Slash) Rats in the Cellar I Don't Want to Miss a Thing Dude (Looks Like a Lady) Walk This Way Dream On Sweet Emotion Train Kept A-Rollin' (Tiny Bradshaw cover) (with Johnny Depp)
Most of the new country music isn't really country but rather crossover pop and it sucks; There are still some making real country music though:
Everclear is another one of my favorite bands that didn't quite make it big. It was the first band that I took my son to see.
