Good morning brother. We took our son and his family to get theirs yesterday.

Morning All Windy this morning with expectation of rain through out the day. Yesterday was overcast but dry. This week I will be concentrating on getting Christmas presents ready to ship. I still have two to finish making so I will be playing in the sewing room. :D

    Everyone have a great day.

Bet that stuff is slick. When we do get snow, it usually has a lot of ice mixed in. One year, it was a straight ice storm. About 3" of ice, power lines and trees down

Good late morning everyone. We only had about 5 or 6 in of wet snow and boy did the wind blow. Lost power last night about 8pm. Went to bed and got up at 2am to clean the muddy drive the best I could along with get the small 2000 watt generator running so I could get the wood furnace that has blowers and a light going in the shop. We dont have wood heat in the home so my plan was to get the camper going so my wife would have a warm place to stay today but I got lucky and the power came back on a little after 8 this morning. Im dragging butt now and will be taking it easy the rest of the day. Id say the worse part of losing power is not noing when it will be back on and worrying about Barbara. I sure hope to get a stove for the house one day. We are very thankful to have things back to normal . I bet allot of people are without power in the state.

I'm glad you got your power back, and Barbara can stay warm in the house! Our snowblower didn't work at all on the crusty ice, so I did it all with shovel and ice chopper. I'm the only physically capable one in the house.

Ice is the worst. Too much ice here, frozen slush.

    Good morning.

Other than watch the ice melt slowly, I'll probably bring some wood up to the deck. I'll also refill the bird feeders. Grocery shopping after that.

    Stay safe
    Stay healthy

Good morning everyone! I think today will be a catch-up day for me, laundry, errands, the dump. If my friends' driveway isn't too icy, I might pick up the rounds I stashed under her deck.
With some sunshine today, we'll see some melting! sBITF93.jpg
    Have a good Monday!

Morning All. I had a frustrating morning computer wise yesterday and then spent the afternoon watching the Sea Hawks lose. A more rewarding time was spent in the sewing room instead of watching Sunday night football. Today is dedicated to the sewing room. I think we are in for rain all day today.

    Everyone have a great day.
