A couple weeks, if that long, and the days start to get longer. Looking forward to that myself.

My daughter in-law took this picture where they now live in Litchfield Me. They build a home and move in one year.

I was on that list. It has to be renewed and I didn't. To be honest, I don't think it made a bit of difference. We would lose power for a few days when just up on the main road they had power. I did buy a power back up that will get me through a night, but still thinking that isn't enough. Up the road, there is a resident who has one of those units that come on automatically. They cost big bucks but sure seem to be the ticket when in need.

They are more concerned with sending power to mass than Maine.

Agree David, Things have changed with them. They used to be service driven. That was a time when they were locally owned. Now everything is modeled around maximizing profit so they operate on the slim. Ever notice how it happens that whenever some foreign company buys out a local start up, they consume it and things are for the worse for us.

Those were pigs, and really not that great any ways. Most burned oil pretty badly, they could eat cams and other valvetrain parts, and the crankshaft position sensor is probably most problematic. It's expensive and a pita. I had a friend that had one in a 2500 pickup. IMHO, it was kind of a turd, and there's a reason they didn't last long for production.

PCM even marinized it and put them in Ski Nautique ski boats. That was an expensive option and they were even more problematic in boat use. There's nothing worse than a boat engine that won't run.

LCS 25 was launched this fall. They're building 3 more here and they take about 6 months to build. So they've got a couple more. Then there's some new tug boat or something like that. They've got a few of those to make.

We'll need those big freighters to bring more Chinese crap here. :picard:

I always spray on two coats of silicone before the start of the season, including the chute and the outside of the "scoop". Touch up when I can thru the season - although those 40* days can be hard to find at times. Just the nature of the concrete snow.

I'll take the tire to VIP and have them reseat it and it will be fine.

I don't keep that stuff in my house, but always have silicone spray. Maybe if they made silicone spray that smelled like popcorn :D

you can try to smoke that stuff if you want to smell like pine instead of skunk. Just beware of it burning up in a flash.

It only hurts after you have hit the ground, and then it is for a short time, so relax.
