Born and raised there until I went to boot camp. Seemed like such a quiet cow town back in those days.

I remember cows in Nashua. Now there aren't even any in Hollis, as far as I know.

I joined a while back when I first planned to install an insert into my masonry fireplace. That plan got put on hold for a while.
Just recently finished up my install of a Drolet Escape 1800i. Now I need to build up my wood stash. Don't think I'll be able to have too many fires this year unfortunately. IMG_20201116_173336505_HDR.jpg

Nice looking stove and install. I'm sure you will enjoy it.

That's very handsome. Keep your eye on Craigslist, maybe ask a local tree service about free wood. mrfancyplants lives in Maryland. He might provide some information about scrounging possibilities there.

Thought I would share a pic of car-hoarding maple with a old John Deere (echo) saw. Sometimes its fun to break out a different saw and enjoy it.

If I remember correctly from one of his posts in this thread, I think he's a bit farther north than me. Scrounging possibilities abound though... Finding the time to scrounge is the tricky part.
