32 outside now. We had snow today. Burning ash and oak, house is 70. My wife started the fire back up at 1 this afternoon, I love it when she does that!
I got zero inches ( see previous backyard picture) south of me the snow belt was around 18 inches....coworker in Chardon got 23. Until lake freezes I get traces as snow formulates over my head then drops a half mile inland. Love it. People don't get it.
39° out now, half load of oak going since 3:00. Going down to 30° with a breeze tonight, so 8 oak splits before bed will suffice
I guess I should have asked how much your workplace got nailed with. I think you said there was 8" when you left. Did they get any more? I understand about the proximity and your lack of snow (lucky for you) at your residence.
About 8 at work near route 90. I'll get mine as winter closes in. When I left work I said I was headed home to rake leaves.
After last nights overnight low of 5, today is only able to muster up 25 for a low. Another week of mild temps for the U.P. is on hand now.
Today in the Pennsylvania hills it’s a nice bright 30F. Keeping the house at 70 with more silver maple and some ash I found in a corner of the stack.
Welcome to the club Yardsale What part of PA are you from? I'm not far from Greenwood State Park myself.
