Yep.....fired it up (for the THIRD TIME since Sunday) and cooked some kabobs....delicious.... Also some fire grilled corn.....
I love me some kabobs.... pics or it didn't happen in this sub-forum Any special marinade? - I stick with Dale's, garlic, and Montreal steak seasoning -all the beef/chicken, peppers, and Vidalia onions...I may make some tomorrow ...just be cooking them in the big-easy as it's name states - is just easy no turning/burning. Great to be out cooking on wood though, a piece of boy scout camp in the back yard
I forgot to load the pics the first time...they are there now....lol We.just marinate them in a little bit of worchestershire sauce and garlic.....nothing special. But the hickory smoke makes the flavor....
Good setup I love cooking like that. I could eat groundhog fixed like that, No marinate needed. The best way to get flavor cooking like that when you sear it to have part of the meat crispy. Good pictures !!
You can't go wrong with hickory. I make smoked chicken salad often. The only seasoning the meat gets is hickory smoke.
