I think I'm allergic to cities. I break out in sweats, headaches & hives whenever I have to go there... But hey... $36 per hour to park just might be a reason to go... pffftttttttttttt... spit... snort...

Your post reminded me of the kiddie park with rides we use to take my two girls to once in a while. They loved it.

Here's a pic of them at that park when they were little, now they're 10 years older and I'm already dreading the day when they go off to college....

The one in pink is my firewood stacker now....

 

I'm not a city guy either. I could never live there. I'd just feel suffocated by all the people, cars and buildings. I do enjoy going down to Boston every once in awhile for a day trip. As far as cities go it's a great place to visit, so much culture and history. Little piece of advice for those of you who may visit there for the first time.............. saying anything even remotely negative about the Red Sox or Patriots is putting your life on the line.
