Quite the tree. Does it have an adjustable oiler? My 460 (77cc) wears a 28" bar and i use normal (non skip) chain and it handles it well

Neighbor down the road had some tree service last weekend that left the good stuff. I passed by and asked if he needed help getting rid of it. He told me my neighbor up the road had dibs. I heard the saw running this morning and went to give him a hand.

I know what you mean, it was actually Arboristsite that really infected me with CAD, but only because I found it first, then another member there told me to check out FHC as well.

In 199o, I bought my first house, and it had a Fireplace, so in 91, I bought my first Quality chainsaw, my Husqvarna 266XP “Ol Reliable” and a year or two later added a Husky “23 Compact” Top Handle for light work. For about 25 YEARS those were my “2 Saw Plan”, before I even knew what a 2 saw plan was, or that I HAD one:rofl:

Then in 2017, I bought my 3120XP, and some questions about it lead me to AS, which eventually lead me here as well. I believe that I am around a 14 saw plan now, and a few more, that I’m not in a hurry for, but could see finding a home in my garage

Good Luck (You’re Gonna Need it;))

Hi, I’m Doug, and I have a Problem,

    Well, actually, TWO Problems,
My BUDGET isn’t BIG Enough and,
    My GARAGE isn’t BIG Enough

    Doug

OK, it's official, today I joined the 2 saw plan... I bought myself a Christmas gift. I was under the impression that the 373xp was a thing of the past. I found a new one on the shelf at the local L&M Fleet Supply. I asked about it and the saw guy agreed with me. He thought that maybe it was one of the last out their warehouse. It has a 2020 serial number tag on it and the price was much less than shown on the Husqvarna web site.

Husky discontinued the 372 for a while . Then, about 2 months ago , they brought it back . Probably due to popularity . Stihl did something similar with the 440 after the 441 first came out .

I love these 2 saws. The 462 is 10/10 for wow factor. It reminds me of cutting with a 288 for the first time, but it’s 20lbs lighter. The lightness of both saws makes a huge difference in eliminating fatigue. If I didn’t have to stop to eat I could cut as long as the chains stayed sharp. 462 ease of starting is 10/10. Time will tell if it’s as durable and trustworthy as an 044.
