Lol, reminds me of a buddy that calls cans of bud heavy pork chops. He is always ready for another pork chop!
Nothing like eggs cooked in bacon grease. My cholesterol and bloodwork is fine in case anyone was wondering. Farmers ate this way for generations, and many lived into their 80's, and 90's still healthy and working. The difference is very few today physically work hard anymore.
I spent 20 years sitting on my arse typing 100wpm doing IT for work.......it was terrible for neck and back..........and the last 12 months have been awesome. I feel better, I eat better, I sleep better, I poop better...........I feel less pain in my neck (har har) and the fat I exchanged for muscle has been dramatic to say the least. Spending the better part of the day outside whether it be splitting, bucking, stacking, chipping, building raised garden beds, shoveling horse manure for my compost piles, or any combination of those things has been really just refreshing. On a side note I love bacon and bacon loves me....and bacon is life. That is all.
When I make my spaghetti sorrentina I squeeze out a pack of Beer & Bratwurst, push the sausage off to the side after they have cooked a bit, then throw in a diced spanish onion......and then get it all nice and browned and caramlized........and then I take my quart of tomato sauce and throw the entire thing into the pan and boil off some of the water. What comes out is an amazing sauce.........then I dump the sauce into the spaghetti, thrown in like 2 cups of shaved parmesan, then throw in half a big box of baby spinach, and finally an entire thing of fresh smoked mozzarella.......pulled apart by hand into chunks.....Low heat, until the mozz melts.....and the kicker is to sprinkle some tabasco on top with some fresh black pepper. That's what *I'm* talking about baby.
Today's breakfast: King Oscar sardines in olive oil.....on Pepperidge Farm Hearty White toasted lightly.....fresh black pepper, tabasco, and a nice cup o' Joe.
There’s actually three there. Ones hidden underneath. 3-4 is an average morning amount, along with 3-4 eggs, milk and fruit
Wife came down and was like "What the HE** is that smell???" hahahahaha. I woke up at 6:45am to start the fire.....It's going to be nice today but in the morning it was definitely chilly willy! I will try that out with the egg salad. Thanks for the suggestion.
