We hit up our favorite small mouth lake and managed a few decent fish. Best fish of the day was the first fish caught right near the boat ramp. One of the toughest lakes we fish, But this time we did pretty well.
That's a big ol' Pig! (Not talking pellets either!) That thing must have put up a good fight. Congrats to your son....... Out fishing his Ol' man yet?

Went out for about an hour tonight to refresh after a hectic day at work. The only bass to be had until they all got lock jaw. (Let's just say it's the unsettled weather approaching.)

Awesome pic's, Keep em coming!! The bass have been suspending with the warmer temps. Been a bit tougher on us lately. We have been getting them with swimbaits(slow fall) and top water. Top water is such a hoot when they crash the bait!
@bogydave I see the water is murky. What is the story with that? Silt runoff? Does it affect the fishing? Nice fish all.
