    You can still buy it, although it may not be made "as well" as the original that came out in 1965. I remember it being a lame game my youngest brothers and sister had. Plus it was advertised like crazy over the years.

    Mom used to make homemade root beer and fill soda bottles and we got to do the capping. Then lug them up to the hot attic to age. That capper is stihl at dad's farm somewhere.

    And we always took ours into the cellar. Then every day we had to go down and turn the bottles. I don't remember for sure but it seems it was around 2 weeks before we got to drink it and then it was a super treat!

    I don't remember when I first got to sample store bought pop but I'm guessing around age 10. It was then we learned if we rode our bikes around the country and picked up empty pop bottles we could turn them in for .02 each. Then we'd buy a bottle of pop for .08 and put the rest of the money in out little saving bank.

    We picked up tons of bottles for that 2 cents. 25 bottles got ya a box of Winchester 22 cal shorts.:thumbs:
