    Morning all. Warmer by not much this morning. Headed over to Mom's today. She has a few projects for us. Didn't get out in the garden yesterday as I spent the day trying to learn how to make pasta. Not too successful. I obviously missed a step or two in the process. It turned out thick and tough. Maybe another time.

    We got a little more snow than forecast. 2 inches on the grassy areas but it should be gone by the end of the week with highs back in the 50's. Here are some nice winter scenes taken this morning.

    Twas a good morning

    Drizzle stayed away. Long enough to blow leaves to the edge of the yard and into the woods. Then. I dropped the deck on my walk-behind lawnmower and gave the yard its last mowing....hopefully.

    Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a TERRIFIC TUESDAY. We helped our friends get the Uhaul truck loaded yesterday afternoon, then enjoyed a great meal at a Mexican restaurant. We invited an older friend to join us and his parents came too. Found out they had gone to school together, been 50 yrs since they had seen each other. My friend is also getting his dad's bass boat. I pulled it to our house yesterday, we will take it to them in Alabama in a couple weeks. They are leaving sometime today...:(:(...

    Good morning everyone! It drizzled all day yesterday here. The bright spot was getting some red oak at the dump, no outside work otherwise. Today I'd like to get that oak cleaned up, cut to size, and moved into the back yard. Got to keep the driveway clear for future scores!
    I got a jump on Christmas shopping, too. If you have to buy any toys, now's a good time, the shelves are stocked.
    A few cop cars across the street last night. My guess is a domestic call. They didn't appear to haul anyone off.
