Gonna re-stain the deck today. Gotta have a good breakfast.

 

Yum! Real food. I get take out more often than not. Hate take out.

 

How do you save money with take out?

 

I'm cleaning the system out, installing a new auger motor, the current one has lifted just a few ton (I count 30+) and just can't be relied on, if it was just cleaning it isn't to bad. I figure while I'm at it I might as well look everything over.

I got everything out of the way so now I can get to the auger motor. My version of the stove doesn't have the cotter pin arrangement so I'll have to see how stuck the screw is now that I can get to it. I hope I don't have to pull the entire auger system, not enough room behind the stove I have removed the vent screws on the vertical portion of the venting so I can turn the stove but I prefer not to have to turn it.

Today I might play with it a bit, maybe clean out the old door gasket and install the new one I have but that depends on how much trouble I want to get into.

 

Nope only thing it hit was the ground.

 

I'm suppose to be finishing the railing on the camp porch today. But I had to move some rocks from elm tree stump area I dug up. Wife wanted rock garden in front of camp sometime. One thing led to another. She's spoiled. Isn't she?

 

Now it is time to bring in a little top soil. After I finish the railing!

Well, it doesnt. The wife is pushing that trigger. I haven't gone to do anything in the kitcben for well over a year.
I would cook for myself but it upsets her.

Spent most all day outside doing odds and ends around the house. I cut down a half dead lilac bush that never recovered after this winter and fed it to the wood chipper. Painted some trim on the house (the lilac bush was in the way, so I had no excuse to not paint anymore), cut the grass, replaced some caulk around the garage door moldings so I can paint it tomorrow, and a few other things that I'm forgetting but I'm pretty sure I did. Now I'm worn out and ready for a beer.

 

Good work. Wood chippers need to be fed too. Mmmmmm. Beer.

We are headed to some friends 25th we'd anniversary party. Going to have a few of those myself.
