    MORE RAIN TODAY!! WHOOOOO!

    Ok, enough of that.

    I'll be busy gathering accumulated bottles and cans, and loading them into my mini-van. The Boy Scouts have a drive tomorrow, rain or shine. I've been taking my bottles to them for years. It's a major fund raiser for them.

    It's been at least 18months since the last time I dropped any off.

    Mostly 1-liter seltzer bottles, and 12-pack cases of beer bottles.

    1-2 INCHES OF RAIN TODAY INTO TOMORROW!! WHOOOOO!

    Yay rain! I'll pick up my car after my undercarriage leak false alarm, then shopping, dump, and once the rain gets heavy, housecleaning. It must be done. And in the evening when the cold air moves in, a fire in the stove. Nd1iQls.jpg Have a good day all!

    Morning All. Pouring with rain again this morning. Went out and harvested my remaining squash yesterday morning between rain drops. If I grow them next year, I am going to grow them in big buckets and trellis them along the chain link fence. Keep them out of the dirt, rain and slugs.
    Chores to do today as everything else took over yesterday.

    Good afternoon all. Yesterday was a nice day out. So took Holly for a run. Then sat on the porch enjoying the while cleaning it up a bit. Chaz started last weekend and got most of it done. Now it is ready for wood.

    Good morning, folks

    After a day of light off/on showrrs, it is actually raining this morning. Steady rain overnight, with periodic heavy rains. This region so needs this drink. We're 10inches below annual average. Reservoirs are going dry, and folks with shallow wells, have been having issues.

    The rains should be letting up around 9-10am.

    My minivan is loaded with bottles and cans, destined for the Boy Scouts, later this morning.

    After that, I'll start gathering various camping gear, ahead of an annual camping trip in a few weeks.

    Good morning everyone! Rain outside, fire in the stove, very cozy here. I think today it's time to start moving houseplants inside, it might get down to 31° tonight. My ex is moving to Jamaica and is leaving a lot of his cacti with me, so it'll get crowded in here!
