The only way I do anything!

 

I am still recovering from cataract surgery so I am limited in how much I can do. That is a total bummer. We have been having some beautiful weather and the rest of this week would be perfect for getting outside work done, but I can't. My better half would not approve of me working outside for at least another week or two. What are the chances of this nice weather continuing for another month or so? I guess I have to behave myself.

 

We went for a drive, but the color was not as far along as we thought it would be. We stoped at an old cemetery in Groton, MA. The earliest I found was 1719.

Good morning everyone! We get some wind and rain this afternoon, gusts up to 50-60 mph. It will bring the pine needles down all at once! All the pretty leaves too. So much for fall foliage. Maybe some juicy oak limbs will come down as well.
I'll get some stuff done in the yard beforehand, and batten down the hatches, make sure all the stack covers are secured. Have a great Wednesday my dudes!

Morning all. Long day yesterday. Up at 3:30 AM to make an 8:00 AM dentist appt for campinspecter. Trying to get last appts made on my working medical plan. Retirement medical plan kicks in Nov. 1. We got home about 3:30 PM and then watched baseball until 10:30 PM Last minutes of the Rays game was stressful. I am getting a pair of socks knitted rather quickly without too many mistakes made.

It is chilly this morning. Weather sticker doesn't seem to be working again. Stuck at the same temp for the last month. I guess I should delete it and try again.

We had some pretty good gusts and rain for about 10 minutes.

 

Looks like some shoulder wood and a bit of kindling
