    Household chores today - no sitting and watching baseball all day like we did yesterday. Got a lot of knitting done.

    Good morning everyone! 42° and I started a fire, the cat is pleased. Today we are going to blow the water out of the pool lines. I'll probably move some oak around as well, yesterday I set up a plastic pallet to stack it on.

    Morning all. Foggy again this morning. By 2:00 PM, the sun came out and it was clear skies with high haze by sunset time. Quite warm out as well. Tonight we are expecting rain for Sunday and Monday.

    Good morning everyone! Yesterday we finished putting the pool to bed for the year. We've talked to a pool company about putting in a sand filter to replace the DE filter we have now. But, we're taking care of the old one for now, because, you never know.
    Sunday is grandson day again. Should be nice weather for a playground.

    Morning All. The fog never lifted yesterday so it was a grey day. Didn't rain last night either. We will see what today brings for weather. Friday I went down to the garden and I think I have Pac choy sprouting up. Hopefully the slugs didn't get it yesterday. The leaves on the squash are pretty well dead but new little ones are sprouting up everywhere. I think I am going to harvest the squash that are there and put them in storage.

    I had to bring it up a few times for him to say yes. It was slightly punky dry pine. He got one good split ( in the pic), and some chips. He took a lot of swings, though!
