    Signs like this may cause an accident when your a voracious wood hoarder!
    Passed this today and stopped on the way back. Manufacturing company giving away pallets of all sizes and shapes. Hard and softwood. Didnt have room in truck as i had, of all things, eight pallets in the bed. Went to one of my suppliers for materials for a job (get pallets there too) and grabbed some as well. Got the okay to come when they are closed and take some. Less than ten minutes from me IMG_3110.JPG

    No. If it was primo wood i wouldve unloaded and gone right back. One pallet was 4x8' and made with 1x8 oak, another some nice 1x6 pine.

    I was bored last spring and responded to a free maple ad within 5 miles of my house on FBM. It was for a couple of short lower rounds.

    It wasn't maple, but rather honey locust. :)

    Yeah, and I didn't have much to go on, bark wise. After it wouldn't split with a maul on site, I had to roll the big cookies into the trailer. Heavy AF.

    SM and HL are very heavy cut green. I can lift some heavy ones but my MO lately has been to section them and load. I have disc issues and have finally learned im not invincible!
