Didn’t you have a pair of Generac generators? What happened to those?

OUCH!!! What causes that? Is it covered under warranty? Looks like it would make a hell of a lawn ornament albeit a friggin expensive one!!!

not yet around here....they like chicken lips.....only the last couple years i been gettin a few in the mix...now(this year) its gonna take off...theres still too many IH junks sitting in municipal garages right now if they are on a 10-15 year plan...its gonna take a few more years to weed out the junk maxforce crap and get back to some sense of normalcy ....they screwed up trying to avoid having a DEF system.lots of work out there for folks in my line of business.
too bad nancy pelosiwitz and the rest of the "crew" made it that way.......the DT466 was one of the best engines ever made! along with the 7.3 which had a 99.98 success rate.
anyways thanks for listinin to me:rofl:

I let go of my first 7.3....
at 7600 hours. That was in '88. Went through 4 more of those but still have 99 f450 with only 72k miles.
Not nearly the guts of the new ones, but not nearly the problems either. Been 99% off road here on the property (my utv) but it's been happy for the past 8 years running on heating fuel .
The freightshakers have their share of computer/ sensor issues but better than the IH's that didn't take long to go through the towns lineup.
