    A good friend called and asked to bury his cat in my pet cemetery, behind garage.. of course help a brother out! 19 yo cat patches indoor only except when she stayed here 6 weeks 5 years ago. as I am allergic to cats! So she crawled up on my chest and got love time on deck! She had lost 8 lbs in a week :(

    SHE WAS ADOPTED!! Other good news, the long haired cat that had to have his leg amputated was adopted this weekend too!!!!
    Hooray!


    I just realized the name will confuse some of you. This cat did not have a name and the cat rescue knew I just put my Elsie dog down, so named her that in my dogs honor.

    These two always wake up from napping and make themselves known starting an hour and a half before mealtime.

    Ya it is nice. Gardner snake. It would rather squirm away than confront you. Actually a little while later had to relocate it. Went inside to empty dishwasher and start another. Came back out she was checking around my chair. Told her it was gone. Still watching close. Looked back behind me. Sure enough, came out of the flower bed and heading behind me. So moved my chair and waited and when she finally came out far enough, I gently stepped on her right behind her head to hold her in place and grabbed her by the tail and took her over to the bank in front of the house and released her.
    Yes it did have some sort of injury but looked a little old. Looks like she lost some scales but didn't see any open wound.
