If you any singular person and gave them a better diet with more exercise they would be healthier, fitter, probably have more energy, Likely live longer, etc. Having an exception where one guy I know who was in great shape died young, or my great grandmother smoked til 97, doesn’t change that the overwhelming vast majority of people would benefit from being more physically active and eating a better diet. The exception doesn’t make the rule.
My wife doesnt get why i really dont wear jackets in the winter and hiw im out all day cutting in a sweatshirt or 2 moisture wicking tshirts. That what i tell her, im conditioned. However sitting still in a treestand all day dark to dark i do get cold
