    I guessed 80lbs. Guess I should start making them a little smaller. My back isn’t getting any younger!

    I just use 60 lbs for cubic foot for oak. L x W x H = cubic inches, then divide that number by 1728 to get cu ft amount. Then times that x 60. I added a few lbs for good measure. Of course every species is a different weight.

    Typically about 12-14. The ones with round ends aren’t as big/heavy.

    i wish i could get some oak is not normal in my area i try all the time when i can to score some ill take the ash we get but id love to play with some oak
