Up for sale is a nice Husqvarna 36 chainsaw. Got this just as a powerhead. Has good spark and a little over 130 psi. No scoring on piston or cylinder. Had to buy the clutch cover... Bar and chain.... and new clutch drum / 3/8 lp sprocket. I did a little muffler mod and got rid of the carb limiter plastic thingies !! Ran great. Cut a tanks worth with it. It sat for a few weeks..... now as soon as i try to start it it wants to flood a little. Takes about 20 pulls to clear it up and start.....takes a second to clear up..then runs great . I just dont have time to mess with it. With a little work this will be a very nice reliable saw. I just want to get my $100 back out of it... And ill even split the shipping in the lower 48. Thanks fellas. Ps... It has a 16 inch bar and chain... All brand new ! image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg

Jonsered makes a fine saw, I don't know what the HVA version is perhaps 353 or 543?

Its the Husky 550xp equiv. I got my girlfriend a 550xp last year. It ends up in my hands alot. So i figure before i wear it out... Id get the same thing in black and red . Im a 50 cc and down guy. The 550 xp is hands down my favorite so far :) It just cuts the size trees we cut perfectly.. And handles great !

This is a nice saw for someone who needs a smaller limber, or a great truck saw/ATV saw.

Is it the same maker that made green and purple saws?

Yes, Poulan built the saw for HVA! I wish I could say you won something but you did not.

HEY, both the VA and Poulan versions are very nice saws. HVA also built some of the Poulan saws in the plant in Sweden. Not sure why people consider Poulan a low quality saw, they are not. The big ones will really get your attention!

Because so many of the masses only have experience with the ones that are.

Very true ! Also...most of those are sold to people that dont understand basic chainsaw maint. I buy sell fix...and alot are the Wild Things . Most times its dirty air filters...crappy gas/oil mix...or bar and chain oil in the gas tank ! And these are the people writing bad reviews on the internet :( Dont get me started...Ill go off on a long rant !!!
