WOW! Not sure if I've split 180 cords in my life. Way to go.

 

Very impressive. When folks say we have a lot of wood, I say nope and show'em your pics...

I already do. You know Nebraskan's can not hold a candle to New Jerseyan's.

Now that is a pretty picture.

 

Got a ton of oak cut the last few days.

 

Glad I took the day off and went “down the shore” as we call it in Jersey.

 

The newest oak pile is coming along nicely. There have been a lot of 20”-26” diameter logs so lots of barkless splits. Adding to the mixed pile has been a steady serving of red maple but now getting into the beech.

 

Current oak pile is up to 30 feet long. Lots of big rounds in this pile so not much bark.

 

Do you think any of your customers will stash it for a year or two? Do you see any seasoning stacks when you make deliveries?
