    I hope not, that sucks. HD hasn’t been too good for a while either.. as much as I don’t like the brand (+), I’d hate to see them go.

    HD as in Home depot? If so they actually have a better market share than lowes and has shown better profits than lowes.. Lowes hired a new CEO recently to deal with this.
    And yes I agree, the pandemic didn't do them in, they had to have been hurting prior to that and it was just the nail in the coffin.
    It'll be an excuse to shut down american operations and move it to China, if they do they might as well just sell the company now because
    no one should be buying anything made in China at this point!

    Looks like they're actually being bought by KPS Partner which has had some success turning companies profitable and reselling them.
    Not above taking advantage of Asian manufacturing efficiencies though ...
    Fiskars just bought one of their projects.
    Should be interesting as mentioned above they've been struggling.

    At least they're not being carved up by a hedge fund.

    Just found out that Briggs layed off all of the workers, but managed to pay all of their execs 5 million dollars in bonuses. BS, B&S:loco: :crazy::picard:

    I thought about getting a bike again but to many azzwipes texting and in a hurry. Heck last year a friend was roading a tractor with a large folding implement, with more flashing lights than a UFO. Bam !!!! A texter right up the azz.
