Harder to sell saws than I thought...

So I thought I’d try to sell my Stihl 026 and 260 to raise funds for a new 261.

Listed both in CL. Had $225 on the 026 and $325 on the 260. I only got 1 enquiry on the 026 and the adds expired! Going to renew the adds one more time and see what happens.

I didn’t think it would that hard??

 

Maybe try Ebay if you're familiar with selling there

 

Cl is almost dead around me. Lots of traffic on FB Marketplace now. I've sold saws there and they've moved pretty quick.

 

You might get more interest closer to heating season

 

Yup, CL is dying...FB MP has much more traffic!

letgo is another option too. Some of us don't use facebook so their marketplace isn't easily accessable.
I still check out craigslist but haven't bought anything from it in a while.

Like brenndatomu said, list them here. I would like to see more saws for sale here, especially Husqvarnas. Don’t seem to me like the classifieds gets used enough

Glad you found one. I was just comparing the amount of saws for sale on here compared to several other sites.

 

I understand, I was starting banter
But with in hours I had 3 to 4 choices of saws including ported from some great members here . I got to start a thread about saw..

 

Although I did buy a 044 from huskihl after he mentioned it on here

 

I still want the Armbru84 46o CFB ported hybrid we talked about..You know sometimes it sucks if you have to be responsible adult
