Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a FABULOUS FRIDAY. It's a workday at the plant for me. Got 7AM-7PM this weekend. Hope we don't have evening storms, we can use the fans and lights to work on that woodpile. Got to go find some :coffee: ,
    Be encouraging, share a smile.

Good morning everyone! Wind and rain tonight from tropical storm Faye. MikeInMa will see if the new catch basin next door works. The heaviest rain goes over Vermont, though.
Nothing much I have to do today, just housework.

Good morning. Got plans to make jam, harvest the rest of my garlic and plant some fall crops of lettuce and spinach this weekend. I re-planted my bush beans this past monday. Seems I have a vole or mouse problem. The little devils did a number on my beans and carrot tops while we were up north last week.

As you state, most rain will be further west of us. But, the inch or so forecasted, should cause things to settle in a bit.

Looks like Fay will be rolling right up WeldrDave's driveway in Jersey. Then, another visit in NH.

Yup! we've gotten 3.25 inches of rain so far, Nothing real big though, wind and rain. We've had many Nor-easters here much worse! I think weve had a 50mph wind so far...

Morning all. Damp and overcast here today. Doing house chores today. Still organizing my sewing room. Went to Mom's yesterday and cleaned her living room chair and couch. Didn't get to the carpet. Sun came out so things dried up nicely. I have to go back to finish the job. Everyone have a great day.

Good morning everybody. Well i am hoping for the weatherman to be close to his prediction. They are saying for the next 10 days the high will be 81. I will take that. Might have a chance to get something done around here.
    Have a great Friday all.
    Stay safe, stay healthy.

Well, all the "Doom and Gloom" has past! Sun trying to peek out ground is saturated and maybe a fish or two floating down the street.  The news forecasters must be part politicians, they say so much BU!!$#!T to make it sound like the end of the world and it was a little rain and wind storm. I've ridden my bicycle as a kid in "MUCH" worse outside. heck it was even fun!:D Just had to dodge somebody's umbrella or lawn chair occasionally o_O.

Ours is coming around 5P according to the radar. But it's pivoting west, Winchester will get most of it!

Good morning everyone! We got hardly any rain, the storm was a non-event for us. It's still very humid. Whatever I do today will be done slowly. wMphMqm.jpg It still beats winter!
Stay safe and have a good day.

Good morning folks, still a bit damp here. Sis and family are coming today for what was supposed to be a backyard camp out because our original camping plans got canceled. Hope it isn’t a wash out.

Our total "official" rain fall count here was 4.65 inches of rain. Others got in excess of 6" o_O other than the rain, it wasn't anything to write home about. No power loss, a few trash cans around and a small limb or 2 down but eehhh...
