    Good morning.

I am expecting someone from new car dealership next doir, to pay a visit to review the washout from yesterday's downpours. Drainage/runoff had been an ongoing issue. Not sure what can be done. There about 10acres that sheds water out way. We'll have to wait and see.

    Stay safe

The brown water is runoff from the area next door.

Good morning everyone! I'm grateful for the rain that has finally come our way. More today, through Wednesday. There is hope for the sweet corn! ( Not mine, the local farm fields.)
I'd like to go out to Winchester today, but I might get wet. I'll decide a little later.
My grandson had a great time here yesterday, he went in the pool 4 times, and we watched Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

That stone wall, would be quite the nice feature if it were planned to do that!

Good morning all. Hot rest of the week. Need to get a ton of cattle feed, might try to get that done yet this morning. Be safe and stay healthy.

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a MARVELOUS MONDAY. Going to work on the woodshed a bit, then we go to Macon to pick up 2 pieces of trim for our son's house, be able to put more metal on, gonna pick up some over runs, can get it for $1-1.50/ft.
We did get some GREAT NEWS this past Thursday...the insurance company is going to fix my hunny's car. She was so worried it would be totaled. Almost was, adjuster said low miles and I put a blue tooth radio and back up camera in it at Christmas for her, made the difference. She is so happy.

There's vegetation that keeps big stuff out. Just the fine silt moving with the water. There's no obvious layer of it, just behind the wall.

That area is under construction, due to vinca left to take over.

Hoping some knockout roses end up in there. I need to finalize the area right behind the wall, then work in sections

In the first picture, you see a big hosta. Just to the right of that you can see rocks. That's the property line. About 10-12 feet between my wall and property line. About 30 ft in length along the driveway. A decent plot. Never enough mulch. Can always use more.

Good afternoon everybody. 80 out partly cloudy.
T.Jeff Veal glad to hear about the car
How was that peach ice cream? Do you have an old fashion ice cream maker that you have to hand crank or a newer model?
Gonna Try and get the few pieces I have to split done and stacked. Then I will see what I can get to someone staged. If not I will see if the mower will cooperate so I can get some mowing done.
Have a great day. Stay safe and stay healthy.

    Edit
Well I guess I'll just chill this afternoon. Went to go work on the wood to discover my o2 battery was dead. Sitting on the porch rail charging now. So went to go mow and discovered that it was empty. The 5 gal is just to heavy for me to manhandle it anymore and my 1 gal is empty so I will just read. Bye.

    Good early morning.

Coffee tastes good. Too damp/drizzly outside for anytime longer than just a few sips.

I have the plumber returning this morning, to deal with a few minor things.

It was pretty good. The churn we have has both electric motor and hand crank, it is a big one, 6 qtr, found it at Bass Pro shop

Good morning y'all...:coffee::flipeggs:...Hope y'all have a TERRIFIC TUESDAY. Time to get up and going. Going back to the home site and get more hickory and oak, try to beat the heat a little. Then this afternoon, we should finish our son's roof.
    Be encouraging, share a smile.
