    About a week ago or so my Stack guy came out and gave it a good cleaning....2 years and about 18 face cords and we are all set to go. No problems at all and he simple said, "Looks great, no problems."...Glad its done early..Peace of mind...

    Good piece of mind for sure. Good on you for getting that done early.
    My roof is easy access so I check the top of liner a few times a year figuring its the worst buildup is up top. With dry wood, I invariably get about a a cup or two of dry dry spot and a sprinkling of stage 2 soot from very top.

    I think the Wif has a cleaning in the works. There seems to be a sweet spot in July when our Sweep will give us a break on price as long term customers and a slacking in his work load. He is a small independent business and always does a great job!
    Glad you have a clean stack and a clean bill of health on the system!
