most of the north east, is experiencing varying stages of drought. The entire region could use a good sosking, or two. Yesterday's rain, was scattered, but welcomed where it fell. Wasn't very much. Hopefully, more to come.

Just got back from a walk around the area. About a mile. Nice start to the day out there. Clear, cool, a bit damp.

Good morning all! Foggy right now and feels so comfortable. 68 degrees. Supposed to be another hot one today. Taking mom to the cemetery and planting geraniums at Grandma and Grandpa's grave site. Enjoy your Sunday all, stay safe and healthy.

Good morning y'all. Hope y'all have a SPLENDID SUNDAY. Probably get hot today, 94-95°...
Going to church at 9:30, then grocery run, SIL and family are coming over, going to put some wings on the smoker, making ice cream and going swimming. Enjoying family time today.

Glad y'all will be getting a taste of DIXIE...
Hope peaches don't get boycotted or protested...:picard::picard::whistle::zip:...
Hope you enjoy them. We need to go get some fresh peaches.
There is a huge packer, Lane Farms, about 60-70 miles from us. Last I heard they had about 1000 acres of peach trees. They also have over 1000 acres of pecan trees. They just bought an old peach farm in our county and planted it in pecan trees.

Oh, I am beat. Cleaned the rugs in the computer room, hallway, kitchen and entry way. Went down and hilled the potatoes again and then weeded the garden. Radishes are all big leafed but I am hoping to get some roots growing. Buttercup squash is doing well in the garden but not in the thatch. I added some steer manure to them. Peas are trying to come up so there is hope. I have 15 broccoli to plant out but it will have to wait until Canada day. And it looks like I am going to get carrots as well. I wish I had planted more.
